Maite exhibited predominantly in India. She studied at Ecole Des Beaux-Arts Academie de la Grand Chaumiere, Academic Julian and Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts from 1953 to 1959. She also received a fellowship from the Government and Institute De France to study in Spain and Greece. She got married to the painter Sakti Burman in 1963. Experience: She has worked with famous artists like Roger Chapelain-Midy and Robert Cami. Her work has been exhibited in the cities of France and in other countries like Europe, and America.
