All artworks can be returned and shall be refunded subject to the following restrictions:

• Tarun Art Gallery accepts the request for an exchange or return, only if the artwork is unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 7 days just after delivery.
• If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, then a refund or exchange for original fine art can’t be offered.
• Return policy on the International shipment is not applicable.
• For a full refund or exchange, the product should be received back by the gallery within 21 days.
• Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify if the artwork has been. The email will also contain information about the approval or rejection of the refund.
• In the case of a return, the client is supposed to pay 3% government tax to the gallery.
• Damage: While unboxing the product, the TAG seal is supposed to be recorded in the form of a video just to check if any damage is present or not.
• By signing up for our web services the client automatically agrees to these terms and conditions.
