With Tarun Art Gallery, delivery is insured from start to finish.artworks Every work is carefully packaged by the artist, according to standardized packaging specifications set by Tarun Art Gallery.The work is then... entrusted to a specialized delivery carrier. A delivery time will be arranged between you and the carrier and the work will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order. The packaging and delivery costs for the work are currently paid for by Tarun Art Gallery. The delivery costs will only be invoiced if the customer has expressly requested that the work be framed (due to extra weight), or if the delivery destination is not covered by our Tarun Art Gallery shipping partner and the use of a different carrier, at non-preferential rates is required. If the work should arrive broken or damaged, Tarun Art Gallery will pay for the return costs and manage any compensation between the artist and the buyer. If the work cannot be repaired or restored, the customer is immediately reimbursed.
Tarun has a 14 day withdrawal period, starting on the day you receive the work.... If the work does not correspond to what you were expecting, you can send it back to the artist.
